3e995f481c Bump MSRV to 1.64 
raw-window-handle now requires this. No hard-requirement from imgui-rs - projects with lock file pinning indirect dependencies will likely keep working in 1.60

4ad2b7f3bd Update MSRV to 1.56 
The winit->x11-dl 2.22.0 dependency now requires the 2021 edition which forces us to at least Rust 1.56 (at least on Linux)

767e8058fb Updates for ownership transfer. 
- Various links now point at the new imgui-rs/imgui-rs github repo.
- As discussed, the `authors` entry in Cargo.toml now uses same text
  that appears in `LICENSE-MIT`, and doesn't list anybody directly.
